1) Charge fully before first use.
2) Turn ON the toy by pressing the "+" button. Then use the "+" and "-" buttons to control the intensity.
3) To change functions press the center "w" button.
4) To turn OFF hold down the "-" button until the toy powers down.
5) To turn travel lock on and off press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time. Lights will flash to indicate the travel lock turning on or off.
